Edinburgh House in Takoma Park is a 9-story apartment which required structural assessment, specification of structural repair procedures, on-site supervision and resident relations to correct structural defects to the exterior facade, building structure and parking garage.  Lime Rock developed the scope of work, selected the structural engineer, managed design, permitting and contractors on-site as the Owner's Representative for Montgomery Housing Partnership, Inc.  

Arlington Village Courtyard was a design/build project to replace the entire electrical infrastructure on the property and to provide new HVAC systems for each of the 60 occupied townhouses in this Arlington Virginia community.  Lime Rock Contractors, developed the scope of work, designed, and managed the construction.   Lime Rock handled all aspects of electrical system design and coordination with Dominion Power for the site utility replacement.  Lime Rock also acted as Owner's Representative in dealing with multiple Arlington County government agencies and other construction and hazardous material removal activities for the Board of Directors of the Arlington Village Courtyard Condominium Association.
